do you have an audio interface? if not try ASIO for All. should be a free download. that will take care of some of the latency issues.

oh cool, yea i heard the artist "Edison" talk about follow actions, sort of what this reminds me of, some of his work or set up at least. i'll have to mess with that.

have you ever had any latency issues when using ableton? i'm trying to overcome that at the moment also.
