@DEMCAD .....continued... being prepared is one thing, but if you take that to the extreme you're really just living scared... I think keeping canned goods in your bedroom might be a step in the direction of living scared...Nobody is going to break in and steal your canned goods. Also, you're at great risk of hypertension and heart problems. I think it would be a tremendously sad thing for you to spend your life fearing an apocalyptic event only to die from heart disease worsened by anxiety.

@DEMCAD I don't presume to know anything about you, so please don't take offense to this in any way shape or form. I don't mean to insult you in any way so if I do, I sincerely apologize.

But I'm just curious, is this planning for a worst case scenario, or are you waiting/expecting something awful to happen. I know any number of bad things can happen to people but I just really hope you aren't living in a state of constant fear, or constantly anticipating the worst. Being prepared is great,,,,

@DEMCAD in the city of Flint right now, we have NO police dept., NO fire department, NO true education, NO jobs, NO factories or hiring/earning potential,,,human beings are more than capable to live off the land, they just have to educated themselves, I am an avid camper/out doors person and I WILL survive,,learn how to fish with supplies you make, camp, cook outside, start a fire, do you know how to start a fire from scratch? educate you on this and hoarding supplies won't work, travel light

If you want to know where to be take a look at hurricane Katrina,,,they lead those people to the slaughter,,,come to the big dome they told them where you will be taken care of and protected, and look at what happened to those poor people,,,I say,need to be out in the country isolated as possible,believe me, folks out in the country are fully equipped with weapons to defend themselves, in te city you are gonna be a sitting duck,,,watch the chaos of Katrina-everyone looks out for themselves only

Those in the country will survive those in the large cities or highly populated areas will not make it at all .Depopulation has already been planned for the large populated areas. Food is everywhere all around us for those wise enough to see it.

do not worry about gangs do not even bother to plan for it after the neutron bombs drop no one in the large cities will make it out alive
