This movie, Harlem Nights and Coming to America are top rated comedies. These type movies are our culture, sometimes whites don't understand and (or) are afraid to join us in laughter fearing the "if I laugh, I might get my ass kicked syndrome"! There was a female Hollywood celebrity columnist that said "Eddie Murphy's movie Harlem Nights sucked"!! She must have been doing "double-crack" that day. The stupid bitch who wore the long princess gloves trying to make a fashion statement...WRONG! GMAG
