i found this out while on holiday.. the iPod kicks out loads of stray RF, clear enough to be able to hear what the ipod is playing.

i guess we know where all the battery life goes to now!!
how this passed the EM tests i dont know..

    yes, it is only a few feet and it only works with the headphones plugged in.

    i just thought it was strange that it TX'ed all over the VHF band
