it freezes

This phone is pretty bad it's slow unresponsive and freezes all the time I'm getting the samsung transform ultra.

this is honestly the worse phone iv EVER used...the keyboard didnt work right...sometimes it wouldnt read the sd card..looses charge WAYY too quickly..it freezes up really bad...and here recently the screen went out in mine..it did the "white screen of death",...the sound dont work at all..like there is no speaker in it..it dont ring for a text or call or anything all it does is vibrate..im not going to get it fixed im going to get a new phone...i will never own one of these again

badkid562 said what i really cant say to customers because I sell these at work, but i word it to where they definatly look into the warp. 1ghz processor and all around WAY better phone for only $50 more. I even had another customer return their Prevail again today because of the battery issue. I try to never sell these cause its almost a 75% chance they will be back within the 30 days and returning it and i lose my commission money. So i always recommend the Warp when they want a touch screen

The warp is a hell of alot faster(1ghz), bigger and better screen. Has the Gingerbread software(thats a plus). It just makes more sense to get the warp over the prevail for almost the same price. I liked the prevail and almost got one but once that battery issue came around, its really made a hard left turn. Im bout to get the Warp for myself next week, i get employee discount :) If you guys have any questions about any phones for any of those services, id be glad to help you out.

I sell these phones at my work. We sell, At&T, Verizon, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Boost, and Net10. These phones are ok, but for the $50 more, GET THE WARP! The prevail is $150-$200. The Warp is $200. The Prevail has a bad battery issue, battery has bad life on it, loses charge fast, wont hold charge, even wont charge sometimes. Samsung is aware of this issue and they havent fixed it. I have people comming back often to return these phones cause of the issue, and thats within the 30 day policy.
