you get your minerals from your food, you don't need it from your water, that is the myth.

Getty Ambau wrote a very good article on distilled water. He's a biochemist. who was at Yale University years ago. Minerals are best found in supplements in a good chelate or malate form, then food. I had the opportunity to work with a lot of heart patients and most of them drank well water. This stuff is loaded with inorganic minerals. Those of us who know minerals would probably disagree with this young lady but at least she allows people to give their opinions

one of the dumbest videos I have ever seen.

Distilled is best.

@crimberland Agreed 100%, I have been feeling way better after drinking distilled water. It seems that my joints are not aching as much any more.. Minerals should come from food not water.. :)

She doesn't know what hell she's talking about. There are two types of minerals - organic and inorganic. The minerals in undistilled water are inorganic; they are inert, and cannot be absorbed into the tissues of the body. The body is composed of 16 ORGANIC minerals, found in the foods we eat, extracted by plants from the soil. The inorganic minerals in tap & even filtered water, such as sodium, calcium & iron clog up arteries and damage kidneys. Distilled water is the healthiest water to drink.

Oh thanks I'm going to go buy 10 cases of fuji water....NOT

Another propaganda video. Nutritionists are renowned for saying things like...organic food is no different than normal pesticide farming. plus look to the right and there is some other nutritionist saying the opposite with the same certification.
it does not leech minerals from the body...this was disproved years ago...show me your proof please... we do not need minerals from drink nor does our body take minerals from water...we take them from food. please come with scientific proof. this was kind of an advert for bottled water. Distilled means pure...not stripped of minerals. It is the same basis as rain. Is it also bad to stand in the rain... i think not.
