@clipmom there is actually a new form of liposuction which is a lazer version and it actually zaps fat cells so they disipate and are eliminated and you do not gain the fat cells back....

Actually you are born with the amount of fat cells you will have for the rest of your life(even when a doctor does lipo, your body repalces them), they just get larger when they fill up with toxic junk. Detoxes can be done sitting in a really warm epson salt bath that you sweat in. Remember to drink lots of water that helps as well. I have dropped 35 lbs from eating right and exercising, and I will be doing a homemade wrap its alot cheaper :)

i don't know how this works... but 6 days with diet and shaw t's insanity work out helped me lose 4 inch off my waist.. i am curious if you are also on a diet while using the wraps? please let me know, so I can see if I can combo this with my work out. thank you.
