WBR Barrelnanza 2009 BareBack Halter Race Stephanie Britt

WorldBarrelRacing puts on the biggest and funnest events!! This is the BareBack Halter Race that I entered at this last years finals. The only rules are to get around the barrel pattern, with no saddle and only a halter and leadrope, without falling off. This is my good-ole-boy Taz/Speed To Burn that clocks the same in anything you put him in. We made a smoking run that rocked the H.O.T. Coliseum and won us a sweet leather coat and some cash. Im experimenting with a new video editing software so I hope you enjoy!!

Thanks Everyone!!! Started riding horses bareback when I was 4. Didn't really have to practice riding bareback before making this run. It was like riding a bike, something you just never forget ;) He's just a cool horse to run, especially in a halter lol.

I love watching this because I'd love to compete bareback:) I love running bareback and I love barrel racing and it's just too bad I haven't come across a smalltown or state horse show or rodeo here that offers the combination of the two in a competition! Maybe someday our tight turns will get us where we can enter in the real competitions so me and my horse can have fun playing against the big kids & how we like it, BAREBACK:) this is a great video and some great riding!!

so impressive. I find this video inspirational. an also this gal is a true barrel racer a good majority of the ladies that do this cant ride their horses in halter an bareback. I high five this gal. it shows that this girl doesnt jus talk a big game like the rest of these barrel racers. u can tell she gives credit to her horse an i like that :) so awesome job keep it up :)
