From an episode of What's My Line, a (reasonably) fashionable young woman named Miss Goldstein, who is a taxi driver in NYC. She would be quite an anomaly today
This clip illustrates well a couple of the things I liked best about WML.
First, the interesting panelists: in this 1964 broadcast a new comic by the name of Woody Allen in his early period joins Dorothy, Arlene, and Bennett.
Second, the show had educational value, as illustrated by this discussion taxi training and expensive medallions NYC required its taxi drivers to buy before they could work in the city. Another illustration of one of the reasons why NYC became so darned expensive.
