I was staring at that Firebird next to the blue car!!

Very nice! I had a Cutlass with a 355 SBC with the same Comp XE268 cam, and the same Flowmaster 50-series mufflers, so This sound is really bringing me back and putting a smile on my face! Great job!

I now hate you... And I don't like the car because it's not mine... :) Very well done..

what grind cam is that (because the numbers you stated are not showing shit on summit racing).

@Howizit Comp Cam Xtreme Part #: 12-423-8, grind #: XR276HR.
The reason the lift numbers don't match is because the ones on the cam spec card are for use with the 1.5 rocker ratio and I'm using the 1.6. So take the actual lobe life of .335 and .340" and either multiply it by 1.5 to get the .502/.510" as on the cam card or multipy them by 1.6 which gives you my numbers, but has no effect on duration

Comp Xtreme energy retrofit roller cam; .536/.544" lift @ valve, 224/230 deg of duration @ .050"
The 3" cutouts were around $300 for the pair. There are a couple off-brand companies that make cheaper ones. I haven't had a problem with them yet

lol I have lots of fun with them at traffic lights. I like to drown out those boomboxes and fart pipes. I shouldn't of put the camera so close to the cut-out. The sound quality kinda fell apart. Thanks!
