i think she did that for exactly that reason... i dont understand why noone would think to look in the greenhouse of all places he was found there and noone looked nor told Mr Grant about the greenhouse...its just common sense...this very sensitive subject to me and sometimes hard for me to get involved so if i dont say much pardon me...i have ALOT to say... I still can't believe the fact that people blame Tom Grant for not finding kurt. If anyone should be blamed, it's dylan. He was aware of the greenhouse, yet when they went there on two occasions, he didn't mention that there was a room above the garage. Many say "why couldn't he have searched in the day if he is such an awesome investigator?" The answer I can give is that he came whenever courtney instructed her to do so. Grant offered surveillance on the house and courtney refused.

do you think Dylan might know something? and shouldnt he be arrested for withholding evidence??

I wouldn't say I think he should be arrested, but I think that he knows a lot more than he lets on. I feel that he doesn't want to say anything because he knows that what happened to kurt may happen to him. You can't really blame him for that. I think he was an unwilling participant in courtney's plan.

Good job, but I think you should put an annotation about the handwriting found in Courtney's backpack at Rosemary Carroll's house, because people watching the video may not see that written below the picture of the sample. Tom Grant and Dylan first searched for Kurt at the Lake Washington house at 2am April 7th, so yes I think she thought Kurt's body would be discovered then. After not finding the body they returned later that day in the afternoon and find Cali's fake note,

and Rosemary Carroll overhears Courtney tell Dylan to look in the greenhouse (which you know he didn't do, telling Tom later the greenhouse was just a dirty little room, and lying to Seattle Times reporter after Kurt's body was found by saying he didn't even know the greenhouse was there!). They were in the process of tightening security before Kurt was missing, but it is curious that she would call electricians after they didn't find Kurt to have them work on the greenhouse.
