  • you really need to get that ridiculous goal weight of 125 out of your mind! that will drive you insane! I used to always aim for like 125 130 until I finally realized that my body would never let me get that lower than 140 150. Dont follow the textbook weight charts..listen to your body!!! :)

  • @ABForevah4000 You right! The other I told my husband if I could just get back to 200 I might be ok with that...I am over the numbers right now all I want to do is feel half way decent again!

  • Its your hormones that are preventing you from losing a normal amount of weight. You cannot lose weight in the presence of insulin, a hormone that prevents fat burning and promotes fat storage. You cannot lose weight if your thyroid is not working properly at the cellular level (so even when your TSH test is in the "normal" range). Your thyroid cannot work without the right level of progesterone for your body. Obviously dieting and boot camp isn't the only answer for you.

  • @claudianow Exactly I agree with you 100% ! What I mean by bootcamp is doing everything ( including Thyroid & hormone support) that I know of to help heal my system. That's why I said I am no longer giving out specific advice about dieting b/c my body is sooo different from most of my subscribers. I also know that certain foods are very healing for PCOS etc & I need to focus on those foods. Thank you for your comments I am on your page page trust me!!

  • Hey, you are beautiful! I've allways thought so. I love you just as you are. I wish you could just love yourself too and spend your energy doing things that makes you happy no matter what your weight is. Scales are evil. I threw mine out like a year ago, and I am a lot happier now.

  • i know it's probably expensive, but have you ever thought of doing like a month of food programs like Nutri System? I know there are fresh/organic ones out there but I also know they are quite expensive!

  • Looking great girl!!! I love the kick-in-the-butt attitude. Always good to have. It's so true, moments pass by us everyday, and before we know it we'll all be in the grave. Even at 23 I feel the pressure of time. To live a life worrying over weight is never fun - it's like being held captive! Go you for boot-camping your way to FREEDOM!!!! :)

    it makes it hard to lose weight , your doing really well considering all the hurdles to over come
