When I run absinthe and plug in a iPad 2 5.0.1 windows I left if for 2 hours and it didn't find it and the jailbreak is still unpressable plz help

Ok found the solution for no detect iphone…
let your iphone 4s plugin into the mac
restart your mac the normal way” apple icon restart”
when you hear the sound press the shift key on your keyboard.. when the grey apple logo appear release the shift after 2 sec… your mac boots in safe mode… after the boot, start absinthe.app and the jailbreak button will be available… no more grey..

If absinthe wont recognize your device open itunes go to preferences>advanced and reset cache. Then make sure "open itunes when your device is plugged in" is ticked. Open absinthe and it'll recognize your device.

it doesn't reboot after the vpn error. what shall i do? please help!

@ndrews95 Did you have any existing VPN's? I had to select 'On' twice in order for it to reboot.
