@MrJutubefan Jews are the enemy of the Church? A church founded BY a Jew? God help us all. I love the Latin Mass too, but dislike old hatreds and prejudices that have nothing to do with being a Catholic Christian, hatreds and prejudices which many traditionalists eagerly embrace in the name of "tradition". You'd bring back the Inquisition and the rack if you could. I know it. I just know it.

Why in the world would Latin be the language of heaven as opposed to anything else? What a ridiculous thing to say... why not Hebrew, why not Greek? The first mass was in Aramaic, so why not Aramaic?

This is so beautiful.
With latin chants everybody can assist the mass and the songs bring us closer to god.
Should become more common again.
It has more value to me then the modern mass.
