@ryouta1987apr4 olympic 100 meter runners have huge thighs. not thin at all. they are the fastest people in the world.

@ryouta1987apr4 long legged players however dont use their quads as much. they are longer striders not alot of bending at the knee. couple this with their wider q angle and they often are candidates for knee problems. they must simulate exercises to strengthen their quads to help stabilize the knee.

@ryouta1987apr4 fast twitch muscle recruitment. faster quicker players did activities that emphasized speed quickness during their development. big bulky slow twitch muscle fibers fatigue much less quickly but dont aid in quickness. you can have both. barkley, lebron, barry sanders. if you didnt grow up around guys like that having to guard them or compete against them, you can simulate those explosive excercises in your routine.

durant should be able to score close to 30ppg this season. Although Thunders will probably miss the playoffs again, they will be fun to watch!
