Hey Man, Heard a lot about you from Alan Bertram! Am assuming your Pete Smith? lol Im 15 and only been throwing for 8 months so a doubt you'll know me but i'm being coached by Alan up in Scotland? Anyways Great throwing and wondering if you'll be doing any of the Scottish Grand Prix's?

Actually, in slow-mo you don't do it as bad as I thought. But your shoulders drop a little on your entries after the first turn. I think you can throw 80 meters cus your technique is just like Balázs Kiss.

I wish I had a wind like you.
One thing I do that you do too, is sticking out your butt when you reach for radius. I'm working on keeping my hips forward just like Litvinov does. I don't know what's right and what's wrong (I'm barely throwing 61 meters right now during my off-season) but your throws are technically sound.

Cheers mate!!! never really thought my tech matching balazs kiss. don't think my arse is stuck out that much compared to some one like annus. i thrown about 62 with a 7kg.

Oh I see. I actually thought you threw 70 meters with the 7 kg.
My best competition throw back in April is right around 60 meters also with 7 kg. I found that exaggerating certain things like keeping the hips forward (like you're doing a front squat or hang clean) and keeping your back and core tight --doing that gives you more power to move the ball. I'm a three turner so I all I worry about is moving that ball as fast as possible while maintaining centripetal velocity.
