You were right. Palm is circling the drain because of this phone's failure. I've been looking for reasons why until i watched this. App store. It's like a snowball. Too much momentum too big. Come to think of it, "Iphone has an app that does everything" marketing was what sold me. Poor palm, only enough cash to survive till 2011.
