I'd say he only got "B" correctly, which is most probable by chance alone. The guy at "E" stepped out so fast that he couldn't have come from another spot. Unusual slip by Randi to not have them walk by some intermediary point behind the screen to cancel this effect out.

I love how confident Randi is at doing these "tests" live. He knows the outcome.
