Review: Ebay Pigments

I was wondering if I can use these as eyeshadows. Like basically put a primer on and then apply these and that's all. Or do I have to put eyeshadow on top of these?

pigments are essentially loose eyeshadows, so you would use them the same way you would use an eyeshadow.

I have been looking at these for a few months now I am still debating on it. What did you use when you used them wet just water or what?

yeah, i just use water but you can use mixing medium aswell.

I know I'm gonna get a lot of hate for this but those aren't the safest thing you can get. Yes it is cheap but its cheap because there is an major ingredient inside that a lot of company's in China use that actually can caused blindess or skin discoloration.

these look so pretty! i wanna try em! thanks for this! BTW just for fun...u should name each shadow on ur own...like if ur bored one day... get little labels and name em! name one after you...after your fave song...etc!
