GWT or Google Web Toolkit is collection of java tools which help developers to build rich www-browser applications such as Google Wave. Some cool dudes modified Jake2, the Java Quake 2 port with GWT so that you can run Jake2 inside the internet browser without any extra components. It makes use of WebGL API. This is not a joke. You can try it out yourself by going http://code.google.com/p/quake2-gwt-p... and following the instructions from "BuildingAndRunning" page. I am running this on Apple MacBook Pro (late 2008 model) which has 2.4GHz IC2D, 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and a nVidia 9600M GT.
