Just a quick thought on storage... I've been a barista for 15 years and teach courses myself.... They have actually changed the best way to store coffee which is now by keeping it in an airtight container in the fridge... Great video though

Not as great as a good cup of espresso, but ANYTHING is better than freeze dried drip coffee (Folgers, Maxwell House, ect.). I personally like an iced double latte, lightly sweetened and with nonfat milk.
