Herm.... I thought Neptune occasonaly webt on pluto's orbit scinse the orbits join in some part of the orbits.....
Anyways I thought that all the comets,planets and meteors are on the same plane

@DIMATIF Yes Neptune and Pluto do change places in their distances from the sun. As far as I am aware the comets, planets and meteors are largely in the same plane except for Pallas in the asteroid belt and some other objects in the Kuiper Belt and Scattered Disk areas.
