Sound was turned up to 11, Slash later said "That's what its all about; going in hard & jamming 'til your fingers & ear drums bleed. Iii|; )'"
Had trouble getting a good sound, so apologies but the concert was off tap, it was fucking awesome.

A simply fucking great show. Nobody knew that Andrew was coming to do By The Sword (1st ENCORE) so you knew it was going to be amazing, Up close and personal, cramming 1000 people into a very small venue, 1 row from the front my ears are still ringing a day after, one of the best performances I've seen, Slash, the band and Myles nailed it and the atmosphere was insane.
He was playing an arena set in a tiny venue meant for half of what they packed in. Rock and Fuckin Roll indeed, got my guitar pick with Slash's signature on it, very bloody happy, come back soon Slash you rocked the shit out of the place.

REVIEW FROM MMM ( http://www.triplem.com.au )

Slash's tour of Australia just got even more memorable after the ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist played one of his best shows ever in Brisbane last night.
Triple M Brisbane's Johnno Keetels was there to see all the Slash mayhem and said the intimate setting made it one of the best concerts of his life.
"It was absolutely off-tap. A stadium show in a little theatre!," he exclaimed after being one of the 1000 fans that crammed into The Tivoli.
This was Slash's only sideshow from his Soundwave 2011 festival appearance, with him and his band, featuring singer Myles Kennedy, ripping through a set of Slash songs, Gunners classics and the odd Velvet Revolver tune.
"From "Ghost" through to "Civil War", "Nightrain" and "Sweet Child O' Mine", Slash ripped on them all! His body of work speaks for itself, and he just shreds on each and every song.
"And then [for the] encore Andrew Stockdale from Wolfmother comes out for "By The Sword". Holy s**t!
"To finish [he does] an unbelievable version of "Paradise City", with some maniacal guitar work from the man himself."
It was a show to remember and Johnno had this hit prediction. "In Myles Kennedy, we may have the world's next great frontman!"
Hey Para! Ron here... Did you get any more videos from their set-list?

@rdodds033 No mate wish I did but I was too far up front, the sound was insanely loud, Slash had bought speakers from The Soundwave Festival into this little club venue and it was too noisy for video, it wasn't distorted or anything (the sort of sound that you can feel rip through your body), though I did get a couple of awesome pics, The band Taking Dawn that opened played a short but heavy set, I enjoyed them as well.
