At the end of my entire upper body workout, so I'm dead tired. One arm at a time is harder than the regular version, I find. Definitely a good exercise to try out.

  • the whole point of this movement is to use your trunk. to say i'm not training my shoulders well is like saying the push press doesn't train the shoulders well because of the leg drive involved.

Take a picture of yourself instead of looking at the mirror and admiring those puny muscles. Keep up the good work lawrence. These criticizing fat asses are dime a dozen
