I have three who have or are serving today. Like you I have waited and dreaded thinking that one day a military sedan might pull in the driveway. I am damn proud of these men and women that put a hold on their lives to do something bigger than any of us. Thank you and God bless you and your wonderful son John. If you ever have time please search You Tube for the Serenity Prayer by Enya. It gave me the spirit to keep the home fires burning.
