Computer "Phone Support".

Okay, you know a "little" bit about computers, and people inevitably find this out. So you do your best to support those that are less knowledgeable. Eventually you discover you may know a lot more then you think. When I first listened to my answering machine and heard the "Butter Knife Solution", I knew I could not just delete it. Like most modern answering machines, the messages are stored on the internal "digital chip", so I grabbed my video camera and simply shot the machine during playback, just to save the AUDIO. That's what this video clip is really about. A friend of mine uploaded it to some cellphone video contest and I found out much later I got 2nd place, and no prize! Not bad for a goofy short movie that is all about audio content. Remember, NEVER take a "butter-knife" to your computer, unless you really know what you are doing. Old 5.25" floppy drives are not compatible, nor accept today's CD/DVD's, but you KNEW that! Enjoy the real life comedy.
