Yes they do chick. I even use eyedrops in my eyes and the colour seems to stick pretty well.

If you have a watery, erm, waterline (!) then try using a cotton bud first. Just sweep it gently accross the waterline to dry it before applying the 24/7 eyepencil, then give it 5 seconds to waterproof. For a more noticeable eye, wait 5 minutes and repeat the same procedure again. You'll have wicked eyeliner that will last all day!
