Awesome thing I found out with Sonic 1 and Knuckles

I played on Sonic 1 and Knuckles then I load a save state of Sonic 3 and Knuckles of Debug and level select and look what happen :P Btw Emulator cam beats any cam lol.

Yep. In that game if you use that same debug mode, one of the TV screens makes you into hyper or super sonic.

@vissova It was trying to show that a savestate from S3&K loaded when S1 is locked on to S&K, everything is like S3&K, but the tails sprite is missing.

@Kakemongler Mods? Nope. If you knew that S&K can lock onto Sonic 1, and S3&K was meant to be one game, you will understand. Also, there is no mods in this video, all of the things were used was SEGA.

hmm... this is actually kinda interesting on a technical standpoint. For those who don't understand what's going on and say it's a face, it's a rom of Sonic 1 locked onto S&K played on an emulator. He used a savestate (a moment of time within a game that was saved for later use) that was made for a S3&K rom with the S1/S&K rom which in most cases, using a a savestate from another rom usually glitches and locks the game up, but seeing as there was data from S&K in that state, it recognized it.

@NCSfan22 First of all.. The game is Sonic 1 locked on to Sonic & Knuckles. (THE NO WAY! SCREEN). Then I used a Sonic 3 & Knuckles Savestate... and it is able to play any stage... have a good day..

@Kakemongler It's called Debug mode. It is in EVERY game. It was intentional to be in there, so I can just skim through the level. Games these days rarely have debug mode as a hidden feature.
