Sultans of Scratch Final Game Presentation - Part 4

The Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy's Cohort 5 presents the completed game "Sultans of Scratch". a 1-4 player hip-hop DJ/dance game (which was months ahead of the upcoming DJ Hero and Scratch commercial video games!). Taking control of one of three crews composed of a DJ and a Dancer, players can choose their DJ turntable, song, and venue to compete head-to-head against another crew to show who can dominate the dance floor and scratch the fastest on their turntable. Up to two teams of dancer and DJ can play in a real-time dance-off where crews switch back and forth mid-song to show who can keep the flow going and score the most points. Successful combos mean higher multipliers and hitting the special synergy notes can activate the pass the spotlight mode which allows not only for cool effects to your dance moves and turntable, but also adds insane point bonuses to your score. Sultans of Scratch works with its custom peripheral turntable and DDR arcade-grade dance pads, as well as keyboard/mouse and Xbox 360 controllers.
