@codygangsta5 Lol kid, don't give me no bullshit like "I've been fishing for years". You are clearly a 12-14 year old that shouldn't be on the internet. I've kept plenty of catfish and ate them. How else am I going to weigh 500 pounds? You wouldn't be very good at the weight guessing game at fairs. If you would have read the description, you probably could have prevented your adolescent outburst.

Looks like fun. But try this ! Use a long pole with 4lb test line and put a #7 hook on it a split shot 6 inches above it and use white Berkly maggots in the jar from wall mart. Put 2 maggots on hook. Catch Bream !! Use the bream for live bait. Use 2 ounce slip sinker a bead , swivil and 12 inches of leader with a 4/0 circle hook. Use 25lb leader and 20lb main line. You Will catch MONSTER cats on this set up. Trust me !! Their in their. The bigger cats won't touch anything but what swims in th

@FlatHeadFletch I'm sure that works great but this is a 165 acre man made lake. It doesn't have any bait fish. Small bluegill and pumkinseed are the only thing you can catch for bait. I have tried them but the snapping turtles always get to them before a big cat. I just end up with a bait ripped in half or no bait at all left. I'm sure that method would work great in other bigger lakes.
