You rinse so long it made me laugh, you really do not need to rinse that long, more like literally one second per pane. Also, I would recommend that on first cleans, you do the frame, and crossbars first, then concentrate on the glass, and while your cleaning the glass, also do the crossbars once more. You could have done that in half the time, even with a clean that dirty (2 years). :)
