@MyPurseBilly yeah we know what ghetto is...we got influenced so much by american tv! But yeah, basically white kids who think they are black...but they are some black chavs I suppose. But typically in Scotland, where I live, they are white.

@MyPurseBilly lol...chavs are neds? Erm...well, they are usually working class people, who are quite rough and "hard" they typically wear trackies, hoodies, and nike airs, carry knives, have appalling english and swear a lot. Not nice people, people who think they are cool but really aren't. Annoying. I take it you are american or something, and I don't know what your equivalent are. They THINK they are gangster but they really aren't.
