It's literally Utopia or the Garden of Eden. Interesting to point out. The state of California produces more wine per capita than the entire country of France.

What software are you using? I like your transitions.

The software I used was Apple's "Motion 2" - which is now in version 3 and only available as part of the "Final Cut Suite" of applications. The waterfall was a still animated via Motion 2.
