  • gaaa!!! IT'S IN mono!!!!

  • Well im i am from sweden and i thought he was singning about a moron..

  • I loved this song when I was 4 years old, a relative game me this album on tape when I was about 6, the tape still plays today and now I have the album on CD. I love this song so much, I always have, and I always will.

  • I remember him playing this song live, saying it was kinda about a relationship, also heroin. Listen to the words - it gives a whole different context.

  • Man he sounds just as good as he did in 1988 when this song was in the charts.

  • @monsieurmitosis I seen him at Melbourne zoo twilight concert and he played all the Aussie Crawl classics, the crowd went nuts it was awesome. What a great summers night.

  • @bonburg

Ha ha, but where's Olivia Newton John's back up singing at the end?!?!?!

  • @bonburg

Absolutely. The guys in my band always hack on me for being a fan but I don't care. I can never understand a word he's singing but it really doesn't matter. Then again, it's a shame because his lyrics are basically unparalleled as far as Australian 80s singers are concerned. I hope this band in the video is his regular collective of musicians because it's rockin', especially the guys playing drums and guitar.

  • @monsieurmitosis James is one of the coolest around, and is an absolute Aussie icon.

  • Sublime. Underrated song.
