Připadá mi to spíš jako gymnastické cvičení a ne jako kata bojového umění. Někdo říká,že tam chybí kop ve výskoku. Tam žádný není. Kop tam dělají pouze novodobí závodníci kvůli efektu.

@FurtherRecords I would like to perform this kata exactly like he does,

the "flow" should not be throughout all the kata, but through that couple of techniques that you perform in full power and speed; and then release your muscles and prepare for the next couple, you need to breathe inbetween.

remember that karate aims at defeating an opponent with two or three techniques, (and they must be fast) if you link all of them you're not able to use your maximum strength for each one.
