  • I found that using HALF the vial twice a month better using the whole vial once a month. Advantage really works every three weeks and not four. I found half dose twice a month much more effective. I own two cats so it's easy. But since I keep my cats indoors it's very very rare that I need it. Usually half a vial once in a blue moon (not even once a year) is sufficient because it's extremely rare my cats get any fleas.
