@sirbob809 Good point. I dont think it's the ugliest car out there though! I'm just a bit shocked that they want to mess with a classic so much! The MK1 and MK2 are both beautiful adaptations of the original classic Mini as I'm sure the MK3 will be (hopefully!) I do wonder however who they are aiming this at. It's too expensive to be a young person's car and too small and "funky" to be useful as an everyday car. An expensive toy methinks!

BMW are just trying to get the last few pounds out of the current generation before the MK3 MINI next year. Sat in one today - very nice - I LIKE the shape - but it didn't feel that special and it is rather expensive

Sat in one today - very nice but even less room that a normal (BMW) MINI and despite LOVING Minis/ MINIs I felt a little let down seeing one for real - sorry did not feel that special.

Whoah this is an ugly car! Looks like an elephant sat on the back! I have a Mini cooper s current shape which looks great! What are they trying to compete with? BMW seem determined to destroy whatever heritage the original brand had!
