Altered images and the sound of an old 35mm projector (Bauer B12) pay homage to the good old days of the Motion Picture.

  • Done it, got all the teashirts, still missing it?

  • @CandidKage This is not video-recording - this is film-projection. ;-) 35mm film projection in general is still present in most movie theaters, those Bauer machines like the B12 in the clip have been made in southern Germany about 50-60 years ago, but still are in use in a lot of european cinemas. I am lucky enaugh to be projectionist in an old theater using two Bauer B8 which have been build in the year 1937 according to the serial number - still in daily use. :-)

  • T_T where can I get anything close to that?? I would love to work with the old video-recording machines.

  • Nice video:)

  • Bauer's are one of best meachines and finest to film!

  • im wokr with a bauer b 12 thats nice machines

but the machine has a dolby digital and a dts system on board

  • So that's the sound of a Bauer B12! Very strange sounding to me because I'm so used to the Super Simplex. And Carbon Arc lamphouses! So very cool. Beautiful video, too. Very well done.

  • You bastard fucking color inversionist
