Mate this good but your really have to change your technique it's doing you damage. don't play palms down. it just ruins your hands and wrists. it also increases the chance of further wrist injury. do me a favour play with you hands if you started with palms down and move the around 45 degrees. do it for the other hand . and just start practicing with that. you will play a lot better and in the long run it is Better for you
