I run into these from time to time. I can tell people what they got, but it's not my gig. I have to direct them to carpenters or generals and the such.
They ALWAYS have bee's nest's in them. They ALWAYS hold water because they almost immediately sag. You can see the puddle mark.
Nice inspecting! I have a low regard for most of the local inspectors because they DON'T go up on the roof ever.
