frame is to big for you friend, but you can get lower and into a better position by putting an adjustable stem, that will also help you get lower and tighter into the frame too your arms should be some were in the 90 degree area. your saddle is pointing up which is always bad in needs to be flat or pointing down a little and move it forward about 1 centimeter. hope it helps

I wasnt looking at your postion I was too busy wondering why you have aero wheels and an aero helmet while on a trainer?

your seat looks like it could move forward..your hip-shoulder-elbow angle should be around 90 and your knee, on the tt bike, can be around 2-8cm in front of the pedal spindle instead of right over the top as on a road bike
