I hate this exercise, I used to have it I'm my programme! When I got to a big weight it started to hurt my rotor cuff!

Go up and down and you'll get the same effect. triceps have always been pretty easy for me, It's the biceps that always gave me problem because I get tendinitises and i always have to Ice it down.
And it gets very painful.
And always use free wights, Don't use Machines it's a waste of time and you'll never reach anything.
