In Australian supermarkets and no doubt around the world, you can buy a powdered sports drink.

All you do is add chilled water or even juice for a refreshing efferveresent drink. Generally this is used after a sports session or to kick start your day. Great for giving you that boost. Here, in this video, I will show you step-by-step instructions on how to make this very quick recipe. Ingredients: 10 teas castor sugar, 2 1/2 teas citric acid, 5 teas bi carb soda, and 3 or so drops of essence. Add 1 level to heaped tablespoon of mixure to a glass and top up with chilled water. Drink fast so the bubbles are still activating when they go down. I would love to hear your comments on this and how you went making it.
