Should mention: our daughter (now 36) was born and raised here. Unfortunate that, even with two 4-year degrees from U-Mich, she's still out in CA teaching (Natural Science - 5th grade). Don't know how many of our parks you've seen. But Google "Barton Nature Area" for the next one out from Argo / Bandemere Park. Little more wild & connects to Barton Dam / Barton Pond (bigger than Argo).
