How ironic the Apple closes off users' freedom to use whatever programs they desire on their Macs, iPhones, iTabelts, and so on. They also force authors to give-up all rights to their books, if said books were created using iTunes software
.
If you don't know what I'm talking about, try installing flash on your Apple phone or tablet. Or some alternative OS like Android or Linux. You can't (and if you try you'll be banned from apple's online store)
.
Apple == what IBM (big brother) was in 1984

@CamperPooP '1984' was a book written some time ago by George Orwell, published in 1949. It put the 'dystopia' theme on the map, putting ideas of a society such as the one depicted in this commercial into the minds of many. The idea was that by 1984, 'big brother' (govt.) would have total control over you and everybody else. The phrase 'big brother is watching' came from that book. This commercial tried to play off the huge - albeit outdated - success of that book, and the continuaing idea.
