I totally agree with you kate about the baby commercial. the reason I became a vegetarian was for moral reasons as well as health. the way the commercial, and things like it make vegetarians and vegans feel is a way that not many can relate to only because we think a different way about meat.

@othnaley94 Good for you, i myself couldnt be a vegetarian, i have tryed but i couldnt handle it. Im aware of all the pain most animals go through but there is nothing i can really do to stop it, wish i could though :C

I'm a vegetarian..well mostly. I once in a while eat Filipino fish that my mom cooks. But for an infant to eat meat, I wouldn't judge them because they don't know anything that goes on. They honestly don't. And they probably wouldn't care until the age most people become vegetarians. When I become a mother, I would never force my children to be vegetarians I would just be honest with what happens in slaughter houses.

Agreeeed on the advert. I was raised a vegetarian, and not for religious reasons. I am 17 and my parents would not mind if I decided to eat meat. I feel as if I would have a guilty conscience if I'd eaten meat as a child, not that I judge my meat eating friend for it, but I completely agree with you.
