I have AML ( acute myeloid leukemia) Jan 28th of 2011 I had a BMT & have been battling many different forms of GVHD the latest one being my sight. I have to zoom pages on here up to 200% to see things. I hope its just temprary but we'll find out. Thanks again for your post and giving me hope.

This brings tears to my eyes. My son also had a BMT when he was 3 months old. It has a happy ending but enduring the process literally almost killed him and me. I pray your son is doing well now.
God bless.

Your son is very handsome! Your video shows the unconditional love you have towards your child. How is he doing? Best wishes. I too will be going through a bone marrow transplant with my 8 month year old and it breaks my heart to see him go through all that. God only knows why. God bless you from MoVal California.

Thankyou for sharing your difficult journey with us. You have inspired me to necome a BM donor. God bless from Sydney, Australia
W.A.S. is a damn hard thing to deal with, i had it when i was 8 months old. chemo made me really sick and i almost died from the chemo but i got my BMT and its all good now....i even broke medical history records here for being the youngest unrelated BMT reciever...the scars suck but im all healthy and its like i have a super immune system. to all women out there.....please get screened for W.A.S. its only carried by the female and only affect male babies.
