looks like you need some gorillia glue!!
and next time you hand launch it.. try 1/3 throttle..throw it, then work the speed up slower

I realised later on that when id checked it over and set the throws etc i had not checked the servo reverse, It rolled left slightly so when i put right aileron on it was actuly left! so it was upside down with no airspeed!

This is second time its happened to me with a new plane! my dad did it. with my first plane when i was about ten. Spent ages checking the set up as well.
