Grand Theft Auto 4: One Man Army

Here's a way to unlock the One Man Army Achievement(lasting for 5 minutes on a 6 star rating) on GTAIV.

Find a hospital, get some guns and body armor, and hold out inside. It helps to mix in some abilities from friends like Dwayne's backup if you have them.

@IcePapayaMs That's why. I hate to break it to yah, but once you enable cheats certain achievements, like this one, get blocked. In order to unblock the achievements, you either have to:

A: Load up a save file before you used the cheats.

or

B: Start a new game.
