Harold Napoleon and Mike Williams along with other Native leaders from around the state attended a Native summit in Fairbanks on 28 June 2010 with Larry EchoHawk, the Undersecretary on Indian Affairs in the Department of Interior - the top Federal official for American Natives. This is their effort to describe the problems faced by Alaska Natives.
